A proven track record of supervising teams and subcontractors in a range of maintenance/construction activities
Demonstrated leadership behaviours that empower others
Experience in programme management, planning and resource allocation
The ability to drive projects, managing relationships and activity to achieve targets
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the civil construction and infrastructure sectors
A sound understanding of financial management including revenue, expected margin, procurement, receipting, cost control and WIP is desired
The ability to deal with unexpected events/make decisions and provide direction to crew
Ideation and solutions to unexpected events - promoting a “continual improvement” philosophy
Proven track record in developing a culture that supports SQE management, encouraging and rewarding excellence
Well-developed written, verbal and computer/software skills
Flexibility to work across shifts is desired
