Join the Shawarmashi Team!
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shawarmashi outlets. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the food & beverage industry, have strong leadership skills, and be willing to travel regularly between outlets to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise daily operations across multiple Shawarmashi outlets.
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation are maintained.
Conduct regular outlet inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Train, guide, and monitor outlet managers and staff on operational SOPs and customer service.
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and overall customer experience.
Monitor inventory management, stock control, and wastage.
Coordinate with the central kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
Prepare outlet inspection reports and share recommendations with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory food safety regulations.
Support new outlet openings, staff onboarding, and operational setup.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
