Job Description
The International Search Consultants team is partnering with a leading solar industry client to deliver exceptional project management services. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading on-site temporary project teams and overseeing maintenance technicians and laborers at one or more locations during the 2026 season.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading on-site project teams
Managing maintenance technicians
Supervising laborers
Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
Learnting and training others on coating processes and SOPs
Overseeing coating projects, including solar array cleaning
Collaborating with Program Managers and Engineers to launch and manage site projects
Training operators on robotic coating applicators
Ensuring safe and high-quality coating operations
Collecting and reporting project data daily
Assisting in maintaining and troubleshooting robotic coating equipment
Managing and reporting inventory
