Operations Logistics Executive

Job Description:

• *Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute logistics operations, including order management and transportation

logistics
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to our valued customers
- Maintain order vs. stock sheet and update on a daily basis
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and exemplary service
- Utilise Tally software for basic accounting tasks such as debit/credit notes, proforma

invoices/sales orders, and GRN knowledge, revisions and cancellations included
- Coordinate transport operations and plan dispatch schedules effectively with factory staff
- Resolve client disputes promptly and efficiently, settling claims for returned/damaged goods

and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with our PAN India Sales Team and Operations teams on a daily basis

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP modules for seamless accounting operations
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Google Drive, and regular system updates
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving attitude to address challenges effectively

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the supply chain management

sector.
