The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership, strategic planning, and partnership development, with 15-20 years of experience in sales and marketing across financial services, wealth management, or fintech.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Deep product knowledge of PMS, AIF, MF, and Advisory platforms
CRM and Sales Enablement Platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared)
Campaign tools, marketing automation, and funnel analytics
Leadership and Collaboration:
Target-driven leadership and execution focus
Analytical mindset for interpreting sales trends and behavioral data
Time and pipeline management skills
KPIs and Metrics:
Active engagement with 50 CPs and 20,000+ end clients;
Quarterly growth in active CPs
₹100 Cr AUM generated through these two channels annually
Minimum 3 campaigns/month with ≥2x ROI on cost-to-lead ratio
Conduct 1 training/month for CPs and maintain 80%+ active trained partner ratio
TAT reduction in onboarding, 85%+ client satisfaction (CSAT), repeat investment rates
Daily activity logging, target vs. actual AUM, conversion ratios
