Operations Intern (6 month contract, with possibility to extend)
Company: Almond Books
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (opposite railway station)
Stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month
Almond Books is a fast growing book publishing and printing company based in Mumbai. We are looking for smart, driven students and recent graduates who want real, hands on exposure to how a business actually runs day to day.

About the role
As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with our core team and be involved in the everyday running of the business. You will support across multiple functions, including:
Order processing and fulfilment
Research and data collection
Marketing co-ordination
Sales support
General operations and admin tasks
This is not a coffee making internship. You will be trusted with real responsibilities and will see how different parts of a publishing and printing business work together.
Who this internship is for
This role is ideal for you if:
You are a recent graduate or in your final year in any related discipline
You can dedicate 8 to * hours per day, Monday to Saturday
You live in or can easily commute to Kandivali West (ideal locations are between Bhayandar and Andheri)
You genuinely want to learn how a start up operates and are open to working across different functions
Must have academic criteria:
Minimum 75% in 10th Board
Minimum 70% in 12th Board

Well articulated, with good spoken and written communication
Highly hard working and disciplined
Result driven and proactive
Eager to learn and open to feedback
You will receive direct mentorship from the executive team and will work closely with them on day to day tasks and projects.
Duration and growth
Duration: 6 months (full time internship)
Contract: 6 month internship contract with a possibility to extend based on performance
Strong learning exposure to operations, publishing, printing, marketing and sales
Our previous interns are now working at top firms or pursuing higher education at reputed universities in India and abroad

Monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000
Internship certificate on successful completion
Recommendation letter based on performance
Direct mentorship from senior leadership
