πΉ Open Positions: Operations Manager & CS (BTL)
Roles & Responsibilities:
β’ Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns and on-ground operations
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships
β’ Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable execution plans
β’ Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, vendors) for seamless delivery
β’ Oversee vendor management, logistics, manpower planning & deployment
β’ Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards
β’ Monitor performance metrics, prepare MIS reports & share client updates
β’ Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
β’ Explore opportunities for repeat business and client growth
