Operations and Projects Coordinator
Job Description
Alongside this, you’ll support a range of digital initiatives through business analysis and project coordination work.
This is a varied role working across operations, analysis and projects, giving you good exposure to how digital services support the wider organisation.
This is a fixed term role through to July 2027, covering a period of leave.
Ngā Pūkenga Me Ngā Wheako – Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who has sound knowledge and experience across digital systems, platforms and practices and an interest in IT project coordination.
Ideally, you’ll also bring:
A tertiary qualification at Degree level in a related discipline or at least 5 years relevant experience
Experience in software asset management, including maintenance of asset registers and licensing optimisation
Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder and customer relationships
Ability to identify optimisation opportunities, including cost efficiency, rationalisation and standardisation
Business analysis capability, including requirements gathering and documentation
Experience maintaining data quality and integrity within asset or configuration management systems
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management practices
