As a key player in our engineering projects, you will contribute to optimizing project outcomes. This is a full-time position offering you an opportunity to work in the Solar Electric Power Generation industry, focused on maintaining operational excellence within Rayzon Green.Qualifications And SkillsProblem-solving: Ability to identify, analyze and solve complex problems efficiently (Mandatory skill).Attention to detail: Strong capability to manage intricate project details ensuring accuracy and quality (Mandatory skill).Analytical thinking: Proficiency in analyzing data and making informed decisions (Mandatory skill).Time management: Skilled at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work well with team members and stakeholders.Decision-making: Ability to assess situations and make sound decisions quickly and effectively.Adaptability: Capability to adjust to changing project requirements and environments with ease.Organization: Superior organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain orderly work processes.Roles And ResponsibilitiesPerform regular maintenance and operations checks to ensure component functionality and efficiency.Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align maintenance processes with project requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and operational issues promptly and effectively.Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery standards.Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and project performance for management review.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all operational activities.Participate in training and development sessions to keep skills and knowledge up to date with industry standards.Contribute to the development of strategic planning and resource allocation for current and future projects.
