Operation Executive

We are looking for an energetic and efficient Operation Executive with hands-on experience in dispatch and reservation handling in the car rental industry. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Indecab platform, and capable of managing fleet movement, driver coordination, and customer bookings to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage and monitor incoming booking requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Indecab platform.
Allocate vehicles and assign drivers for each reservation in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain updated dispatch sheets and ensure real-time tracking of vehicle movement.
Coordinate last-minute bookings and urgent dispatches with speed and accuracy.
Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, fueled, cleaned, and documented.
Monitor driver schedules, availability, and compliance with duty hours.
Handle breakdowns, delays, or on-road issues with appropriate backup arrangements.
Respond promptly to customer queries, booking requests, and complaints.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and resolution.
Share driver details, car details, and trip updates with customers in advance.
Create, edit, and track bookings using the Indecab portal.
Manage vendor and client bookings within the platform.
Generate daily and monthly reports from the Indecab system as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
