Lead,mentor a team of Billing Assistants & Billing Specialists
Meet or exceed KRA’s, client KPI’s of team members
Oversee the end to-end legal billing lifecycle
Manage billing adjustments,write-offs & cancellations
Directly interface with US clients
Required Candidate profile
Excellent communication skills as a Team Lead min.3 yrs exp. Deep understanding of Billing & Invoice Management within an LPO / Legal Operations
Hands on exp. in BPO/LPO matrix
OK FOR US NIGHT SHIFTS
