Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced life skills/Personality Development Trainer to join our school. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for students' LSRW ( Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) development and a strong ability to engage students in interactive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement thorough training programs aligned with the school's educational goals and student needs.
· Create engaging activities, and exercises to enhance students' communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and other essential skills.
· Conduct effective and interactive classes on regular basis for students of various age groups. (Grades I to VII)
· Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including role-play, group discussions, presentations, and practical exercises.
· Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
· Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills.
· Work with parents to provide guidance and support for students' personal development.
Requirements
· Strong communication skills
· Experience in teaching and handling students.
· Post-graduation or MA English.
· Certification and experience in life skills training will be an added advantage.
· Creativity and hands-on Experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
