We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven **Online Sales Associates** to join our dynamic team in South Delhi. As an Online Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their buying experience.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries and sales through online platforms.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting products and solutions.
- Maintain excellent communication and provide top-notch customer support.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
• *Requirements**:

- Graduation or pursuing graduation.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, 9-hour shifts).
- Comfortable commuting to the office as cabs are not provided.
• *Compensation**:

- Salary: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4.8 LPA (depending on experience).
- 6 offs per month as per the roster.
• *Work Schedule**:

- Rotational shifts (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM window).
- 6 days a week.
• *Walk-In Details**:

- **When**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
