With a curated edit of leading and emerging designers, the platform champions Australian craftsmanship, considerate design and a refined, modern aesthetic across womenswear, home, beauty and lifestyle.
WeWearAustralian partners with more than 350 Australian fashion brands, supporting industry visibility and long-term growth. Our work spans key cultural and commercial initiatives including collaborations with Thread Together, Tourism Australia and Afterpay, along with major industry moments such as the AAFW Closing Runway (2023), Recouture x Thread Together Runway (2023), JOOR Wholesale (2025), the Sydney Launch Event (2024), the WeWearAustralian New York Launch Event (2025), and the New York Concept Store (2025).
Through our long-term partnership with Thread Together, we have helped clothe more than 52,000 Australians in need. With a combined audience reach of more than 20 million, WeWearAustralian elevates Australian design on the global stage. Following successful activations in New York in 2025, WeWearAustralian will establish a permanent presence in the city from March 2026.

Role Summary
Provides customer support across email, chat, phone and social channels with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
• Resolve customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Support returns, exchanges and order issues
• Communicate with warehouse, retail and operations
• Maintain service targets and quality standards
Essential Skills & Experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Previous customer service or retail experience
Hourly Rate (NYC Transparency)
$22–$28 per hour
Overtime paid according to NY law.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
