Job Description
Wipro is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry Specialists. Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time opportunities, this role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role involves managing and entering data with precision, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vital information.
Key Responsibilities
• Input, update, and maintain accurate data across various platforms.
• Verify and cross-check data for inconsistencies or errors.
• Organize and sort data efficiently for easy retrieval and reporting.
• Ensure timely submission of data in compliance with company standards.
• Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and provide updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Proficiency in using data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic analytical skills to detect and correct errors.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Freshers with the required skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in handling large datasets or working with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
• Working Hours
• Flexible working hours based on the chosen schedule (part-time or full-time).
• Part-time: 4-6 hours daily.
• Full-time: 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday.

• Familiarity with cloud-based storage and data management tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
