Key Responsibilities:Office Assistance:
Manage daily office operations including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in clients.
Maintain customer records, booking details, and travel documentation.
Assist in coordinating with vendors, transport providers, and hotel partners.
Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning.
Online Advertising & Marketing:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Design and post engaging content to promote travel packages and seasonal offers.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance; suggest improvements for better ROI.
Maintain and update listings on travel portals and social media channels.
Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in marketing, travel, or hospitality.
Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and online ad management.
Prior experience in travel or tourism industry will be an advantage.
Salary:
