Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Lead the design, development, and support of OnBase ECM solutions.
• Work independently with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement OnBase Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms, Document Management, and Reporting solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution design reviews, and architecture recommendations.
• Perform OnBase platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Lead On-Premises to Cloud migration projects, including planning, assessment, execution, and validation.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
• Configure document types, keywords, security models, lifecycle management, and retention policies.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Support deployment, release management, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
