OnBase Developer

You will extend the functionality of the OnBase platform through custom programming and system configuration.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain workflow solutions and system enhancements within the OnBase platform.Analyze business processes to automate repetitive tasks and implement scripted job aids.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, uncover business rules, and create user stories.Perform peer reviews and testing of programmatic functionality to ensure quality.Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of configuration changes to support new business processes.Required Skills5+ years of experience as an OnBase programmer.Proficiency in OnBase API development, including XML.Experience with OnBase workflow development and system integrations.Hands-on experience with XML.Strong understanding of the software development process and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.Ability to solve complex technical problems and manage client relationships.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Preferred SkillsExperience working in Higher Education environments.Knowledge of PeopleSoft SIS and integrations with PeopleSoft, DocuSign, or Salesforce.
