Nynii is India's leading platform to discover and book trusted maids, cooks, and caregivers. We're on a mission to simplify access to reliable household help while empowering gig workers with dignified livelihood opportunities.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic, street-smart, and energetic individual who can take our brand to the ground—literally. As an Offline Branding and Event Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing on-ground campaigns, organizing local events, and building deep brand visibility and trust in communities and neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Offline Campaigns: Plan and run activations in residential societies, community centers, markets, and other high-footfall locations.
• Brand Visibility: Distribute marketing collaterals, manage kiosk setups, and ensure branding materials are well-positioned.
• Event Coordination: Organize and execute micro-events (like "Nynii Demo Days", awareness camps, or info sessions) in urban & semi-urban clusters.
• Partnership Development: Collaborate with RWAs, local shopkeepers, NGOs, apartment managers, and residential gatekeepers to drive local collaborations.
• Lead Collection & Conversion Support: Engage with potential customers and gig workers, collect leads, and support follow-ups with internal teams.
• Monitor & Report: Track performance of offline efforts, gather community feedback, and share improvement suggestions regularly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field (students or freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome).
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Local dialects are a plus.
• Must be comfortable traveling within the city and working in the field.
• Prior event execution, brand promotion, or BTL marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to hustle, think on your feet, and maintain a cheerful personality while engaging with diverse audiences.

• Passion for working in early-stage startups or mission-driven platforms.
• Empathy-driven communicator who can represent the brand with warmth and integrity.
• Energetic, confident, and always up for solving challenges on the ground.
