Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery at the branch, ensuring seamless customer experience
Manage and lead a team of frontline staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer needs and concerns
Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement
Ensure the branch maintains a professional and welcoming environment
Represent the bank in community events and foster strong relationships with local stakeholders
Requirements
a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive operational decisions
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
