Full job description
Sweeping, mopping, and dusting office floors
Maintaining cleanliness of desks, chairs, windows, and common areas
Setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate office
Answering basic inquiries from visitors
Serving and making tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Running errands outside the office as needed (e.g., going to the bank, post office)
Monitoring office equipment and reporting any maintenance issues
