We are seeking a smart, well-spoken, and organized female fresher to join our team . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a professional attitude, and basic experience in email handling and correspondence. Key Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming and outgoing email correspondence in a professional manner

· Maintain records, files, and documentation

· Coordinate with internal departments as needed

· Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups

· Manage basic MS Office tasks (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams via email and phone

· Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents as needed

· Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

· Work on different website guided by superior and prepare report analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (any stream, English medium preferred)
Strong command of written English (grammar, tone, clarity)
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Familiarity with professional email formats and etiquette
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently
Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of business communication and customer service
Experience using Gmail, Google Docs, or CRM/email tracking tools
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
Prior internship or part-time office experience (if any)
Working Days- Monday to Saturday

Timing -10 am to 7 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
