Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy / Office Girl (Peon) to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and willing to perform general office assistance and housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement.
Assist with office errands, banking, and courier services when required.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared before meetings.
Purchase office supplies and pantry items as instructed.
Help with loading, unloading, and arranging office materials when needed.
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
Maintain pantry stock and keep the kitchen area organized.
Perform any other office-related duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience as an Office Boy/Girl or Peon is an added advantage.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
