Key Responsibilities: -
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
• Delivering excellent guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Handling guest queries, requests and concerns professionally
• Supporting smooth day-to-day hotel operations
• Coordinating effectively with other departments
• Maintaining professional standards of service and presentation
• Following hotel policies, procedures and service standards
• Contributing to a positive and welcoming guest experience
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
