As the Office Administrator, you’ll manage day-to-day operations at our Bundall office, support new staff on boarding, and provide support to the Executive team. This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic team, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting leadership.

Expense claim processing

Meeting minutes and organisation

Drafting and formatting correspondence

Diary management

Contribute to new staff on boarding in collaboration with the EA and HR teams

Support meetings by organizing beverages and catering for the Executive team

Provide ad-hoc secretarial support for visiting senior leaders or during periods of annual leave for other Executive Assistants

Assist with office equipment, supplies, and stationery for Executives and the EA team

What You’ll Bring

Relevant experience in office administration

Advanced proficiency in MS Office

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Strong organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
