Job Description
The Role: As a Corporate HR Manager at Nykaa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's talent strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving employee engagement and development initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading HR programs, policies, and practices to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for corporate roles, leveraging various sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
• Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including employee recognition programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and development planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Learning and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver learning programs, and facilitate skill development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and career growth opportunities.
• Succession Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to identify key talent, assess leadership potential, and develop succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talent for critical roles.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, resolving employee relations issues and conflicts as needed.
• HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with statutory requirements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
• Culture and Values: Promote and reinforce Nykaa's culture, values, and employer brand through internal communications, events, and initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems, with proficiency in HRMS software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and drive change in a dynamic environment.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
