In this position, you will get to :
- Provide Finance Support to the local Plant Leadership team, assuring awareness of gaps to targets and offering alternate paths to achieving commitments.
- Perform and take the ownership on daily/monthly ISC Finances Process : Integration in the ERP on all manufacturing transactions into the Finance Module, calculation of the E&O Reserve, Capitalized Variance, Revenue Recognition and other accruals. Perform various analysis on Material and on Labor/Overhead Variances versus Plan and LY.
- Support for improvement the Inventory Financial Management (follow-up on actions to reduce Excess & Obsolete Reserve, Improve Inventory Days on Hand Ratio, follow and track the cycle-count progress).
- Follow & check the execution of the Plant Productivity Projects.
- Run and own the annual Standard Cost Calculation Process in the ERP.
- Provide leadership and financial support to the annual planning effort and for quarterly forecast.
- See opportunities for improving and standardizing several ISC Financial Analysis including using digital tools to improve the efficiency and clarity of those reports.
- Perform Capital Expenditure Requests including financial analysis.
You have :
- Academic background in a Bachelors Degree in Commerce plus MBA (Finance).
- Previous experience in or with 8 - 10 years of exp in Manufacturing accounting.
- Some good knowledge of US GAAP Rules.
- Knowledge of the ERP SAP, Finances & Controlling Modules, would be an appreciable asset.
