The Nursing Officer will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient well-being at all stages of treatment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical protocols
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver coordinated care
• Assist in diagnostic tests, procedures, and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families about ongoing treatment and discharge care
• Ensure adherence to hospital standards and healthcare regulations

Requirements:
• B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution
• Active nursing registration with the State Nursing Council
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers may apply)
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure
