Nursery Bank staff

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Assisting in various rooms, adapting to the needs of each group as required.
Engaging with children through play and activities, supporting their emotional and educational development.
Helping with mealtimes and ensuring children are safe and comfortable.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team.
Maintaining a clean and organized environment in line with health and safety procedures.
Following and promoting nursery policies and procedures.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility and the opportunity to gain experience in an energetic, caring environment.

Requirements

Experience working with young children is preferable but not mandatory.
Positive, flexible approach with a team-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with children.
Willing to cover various shifts and work on an ad-hoc basis.
Must be willing to complete a DBS check.
Basic knowledge of early years development is an advantage.
