Individual role , No Team handling

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage relationships with NRI customers, making outbound calls to new and existing clients.
• Build and grow NRI book value, cross-sell banking services.
• Ensure compliance and quality in all customer interactions.
• Migrate customers to various bank channels and platforms.
• Track and maintain performance for review purposes.

Qualifications Experience:
• Education: Graduate (Essential)
• Skills: Proficient in English, strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft applications, CRM, LMS, etc.
