Coverage Dates: ASAP - 13 Weeks with option to extend
Patients per Day/Volume: Ramp up to 20 Patients per day
Pay Rate
Local – $ 118.00 – 127.00 hourly (paid weekly and eligible for benefits)
Travel- Weekly Take home (after estimated taxes): $4342.00 GSA Stipend: $1582.00 (untaxed portion)
Responsibilities
Schedule: 8 Hour Days – Monday – Friday but the client would like flexibility with schedule working Saturdays on occasion and would have day off during the week
Type of Patients/Cases/Procedures: Family Medicine – work in clinic to see patients for physicals, women’s health, chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes management especially), same-day/urgent issues (Injury, illness, etc.) – Work in employee health to do health screening of new employees (Including ensuring all pre-hire screening criteria are met)
