Job Description
We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & EXTROVERTED full time Night Room Service Team Member who wants to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT central London Bar & Restaurant! The shift will generally operate between 10.30pm – 7.00am.

• Have the passion for customer service and hospitality
• Have great communication and customer relationship skills
• Loves working as part of a passionate team
• Enjoys working in a fast pace environment

Duties:
• Serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner from taking orders over the phone to delivering to the rooms
• Have a genuine interest in food with some knowledge of wine in order to be able to recommend options
• Have excellent customer service skills
• You must be motivated and a self-starter
• Ensuring that the guests are completely satisfied with their room service order
• Be responsible for the setup of the morning breakfast buffet and the refilling of draws for mis en place
The role will primarily be working in room service but the successful candidate will be required to work in the Restaurant & Bar when the room service demand is less.
