Stand and walk for extended periods of time, see and read a computer screen and printed material
Delivering Express check outs which consists of bending
Guest registration and room assignment and accommodate special request for guests
Answer phones according to the standards of proper etiquette and as fast as possible
(no more than 3 rings)
Prepare reports and communications to staff
Comfortable speaking with guests and colleagues
Conform to cash handling procedures at all times

of standards and regulations, customer satisfaction and protection of the guests and staff
