Newsletter & Email Marketing Manager
Job Description
Brands: SeamsFriendly & Utsav Fashion (two distinct voices)
Location: In-office, South Delhi - 5–6 days a week
Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000-50,000 (Depending on experience)
About the role (one-liner)
Own the newsletters for both brands end to end - write, design, schedule, grow the lists, and use the data to improve.
Blend editorial storytelling with marketing that sells, keeping each brand's voice distinct.
What you'll do
Own two newsletters: plan, write, design and schedule regular newsletters for both brands, keeping each voice distinct.
Balance stories and sales: mix editorial (stories, curation, useful reads) with marketing that drives clicks and purchases.
Grow the list: build the subscriber base through sign-up strategies, segmentation and engagement.
Shape the strategy: decide what goes out, when and to whom, and set the direction for how each newsletter grows.
Learn from the data: track opens, clicks and conversions, run A/B tests, and turn what you learn into better emails.
What we're looking for
A strong writer: clean, engaging copy, and can switch voice between two very different brands.
An eye for what works - understands what makes people open, read and click.
Comfortable with numbers - reads email metrics and acts on them, not just admires them.
AI-fluent - uses AI tools to draft faster and sharpen ideas.
Organised and reliable - can juggle two brands' calendars without dropping a ball.
Freshers and experienced writers both welcome - writing samples/portfolio matter more than a CV.
Nice to have
Experience with email tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Brevo.
Familiarity with segmentation, automation and deliverability basics.
A portfolio of newsletters, articles or other writing.
Design sense (Canva or Figma or more).
What you'll get
Full ownership of two brands' newsletters from day one.
Exposure to both brands - SeamsFriendly and Utsav Fashion.
The freedom to experiment, test ideas and grow real audiences.
Get genuinely sharp at using AI across writing, marketing and analytics.
