We are looking for a New Product Development Executive to lead product innovation, manage vendor partnerships, and drive the successful launch of new products from concept to market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process, from ideation and product briefing to manufacturing, approval, and market launch.
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify product opportunities, fill market gaps, and support business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of product development timelines.
Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and ongoing performance management.
Monitor inventory, reconciliations, vendor payment ledgers, and support smooth operational execution of product launches.
Track sales trends and product performance to identify opportunities for product improvements and future innovations.
Requirements:
24 years of experience in New Product Development, Product Management, or a related role, preferably in a D2C brand.
Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from concept creation to commercial launch.
Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret market and consumer trends.
Willingness to travel and collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and other stakeholders as required
