We are looking for a Telesales Superstar to help grow and maintain our market share in this fast paced and growing industry. Where you will represent Post Haste and Castle Parcels brands across the Christchurch Region
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate:
Resiliency, determination, and tenacity; a natural hunter and opportunity seeker
Proven track record in working in a target driven environment.
Understanding their role is to prospect, quote, and close sales.
A strong ability to initiate relationships with prospective customers.
Outstanding telephone manner and negotiation skills
A customer and solution focus
You will be focused on managing existing clients, gaining new business, winning over new customers by looking for opportunities to add value to both their business and ours.
You’re tenacious, never put off by a ‘no’, understanding that the next call could lead you to a sale.
You will have excellent time management skills.
This is fast-paced role and not for the faint hearted.
On offer is a competitive salary plus commission. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm. This is a fixed term contract covering parental leave, ending mid 2027.
