Job Description
• Ability to operate and maintain 3D printers and related software/tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong classroom and lab management abilities.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills.
6) Grade & Salary:
• Grade: Trainer / Senior Trainer
• Salary Range: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA
7) Qualification & Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, IT, Robotics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of training, teaching, or industry experience.
• Experience in vocational training or skill development projects will be preferred.
8) KPI / KRA (Key Performance Indicators / Key Result Areas):
• Conduct scheduled training sessions effectively and on time.
• Achieve target student attendance and engagement levels.
• Submit reports, attendance, and assessment records within timelines.
• Deliver quality Training-of-Trainer (ToT) sessions.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and professional standards during training.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
