Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot network performance and security issues.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software or infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor network traffic and application performance.
- Support customers through technical consulting and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations.
Common Skills Required
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, protocols).
- Cybersecurity concepts and threat analysis.
- Linux/Unix administration.
- Programming or scripting (Python, Java, SQL, PL/SQL depending on role).
- Cloud technologies and enterprise systems.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CASP+, CCNA, or similar for security/networking roles.
- Experience in network monitoring, cybersecurity, software engineering, or enterprise applications.
