Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 Liaising with the customer technical representatives 2 Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features 3 Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool 4 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 5 Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment
Technical Experience : 1 Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Cisco Switches, Aruba Wireless Access Points, Aruba Wireless Controllers, Cisco Routers, Firewalls Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco, Riverbed Bandwidth Optimizers, F5 Load Balancers, NetScaler and BlueCoat 2 Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing 3 Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets 4 Identify potential failures and recommend solution 5 Update knowledge base with known errors/resolutions
Professional Attributes : Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Educational Qualification : BE
Additional Information : 1 CCNA and CCNP Certifications 2 Security Certifications
