Network Engineer / IT Support Engineer

We are looking for skilled Network Engineers and IT Support Engineers to support enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user environments across various project locations in India.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT and network support.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.
Support desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain network and end-user devices.
Coordinate with remote technical teams for issue resolution.
Manage IT assets and maintain technical documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and office IT infrastructure.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service abilities.
Willingness to travel or relocate as required by project needs.
Preferred Qualifications

CCNA, Network+, or equivalent networking certifications.
Experience in Network Support, Desktop Support, IT Infrastructure Support, NOC, or Helpdesk environments.
