Full job description
Responsible for providing end-user technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing enterprise network systems, and ensuring uninterrupted operation of IT services across manufacturing, warehouse, quality control, and office environments. Support industrial systems, production equipment connectivity, and cybersecurity while maintaining high system availability in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Responsible for providing desktop & end user support, network administration, server & infrastructure support, manufacturing systems support, and documentation support.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in desktop support and network administration.
Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, CCNA, or Fortinet NSE are an advantage.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
