Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop curriculum and training materials for .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, etc.)
Conduct classroom, online, or corporate training sessions.
Deliver lectures, hands-on labs, projects, and assessments.
Provide mentorship and guidance to learners during and after training.
Stay updated with latest .NET trends and integrate them into training modules.
Evaluate learners' progress and provide feedback.
Assist in placement-related technical interviews (optional).

Technical Skills Required:
Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
Hands-on experience in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Blazor (preferred)
Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core, LINQ
Front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery (optional)
Database knowledge: SQL Server (mandatory), Oracle/MySQL (bonus)
Knowledge of REST APIs and integration
Experience with Visual Studio and Git
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSD, etc.) preferred
Experience as a software developer for at least 2 years (in addition to training)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
