Role: .Net Production Support Engineer
Location: Pune, MH / Bangalore, KA / Chennai, TN / Hyderabad, TG
Work Hours: 2 PM - 11 PM IST
Experience: Above 6 - 12 Years
Skillset: .NET Stack (Strong Coding), Python Automation (Mandatory), L3 Production Support, SQL & APIs, GuidingCare Experience (Mandatory)
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled .Net Production Support Engineer to provide L3 production support and application maintenance for critical healthcare platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, Python, SQL, APIs, and hands-on experience with Facets and/or GuidingCare. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, implementing fixes and enhancements, and ensuring application stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L3 Production Support for business-critical applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, data, and integration issues within SLA timelines.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring incidents.
• Develop and maintain application enhancements and automation solutions using .NET and Python.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Monitor and support APIs, batch jobs, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with business, development, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution and service improvements.
• Support release of deployments, validation, and post-production activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge of articles.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6 to 14 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Development (.NET Framework/.NET Core/ASP.NET).
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
• Experience in L3 Production Support / Application Support environments.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, query optimization, and database troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.
• Mandatory experience with Facets and/or GuidingCare platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in the Healthcare/Payer domain.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
