Fusion HCR is hiring a .Net Developer for an onsite position in Las Vegas.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining internal applications for a leading casino organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET and the ability to independently manage end-to-end project development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain internal applications using .NET, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work on various aspects of development, including C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, MVC frameworks, and API development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Utilize Git for version control and ensure code quality through rigorous testing.
- Optimize application performance and provide ongoing support for enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Build intuitive front-end components with HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer with a strong focus on .NET.
- Proficiency in C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, Git, MVC frameworks, and API development.
- Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern front-end development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects, from conception to delivery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing internal applications in the casino or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of advanced .NET frameworks and tools.
