We are dedicated to providing high-quality services such as Manicures, Pedicures, Artificial Nails, and Creative Nail Arts. Not only offer nails services, but we also offer Skin care services such as Waxing, Sugaring, Lifting, Tinting, Threading, and HydraFacial MD.
AiNails & Spa has a medical-grade tool-sterilization standard, sterilizing all metal tools after services. We are using disposable supporting accessories such as nail files, buffers, and etc.
The first priority of AiNails & Spa is to elevate your in-store experience, EVERY TIME.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell products will contribute to the overall success of our salon.
Position: Nail Technician
Wage: Starting at $16.00 per hour
Payment period: Bi-weekly
Probation Period: 480 working hours or 160 working hours with excellent performance.
Pay-raise: Based upon working performances
Schedule:
Weekdays
Weekend
Day Shift
Night Shift
8 Hours Shift
Job Duties:
Key Holder, responsible for opening and closing the shop,
Greeting and check in & check out clients, ensuring accuracy,
Offering nail services with standard quality and being on time,
Keep working stations Clean, Sanitized, and organized between services,
Keeping salon Clean, Sanitized, and well organized during the day,
Refill, preparing accessories (bounties, foils, and etc.),
Inventory clerk,
Laundry, wash, dry and folding,
Managing salon front desk, booking schedule, utilization on schedule and customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
