• *Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Nail Technician and Trainer to join our team. As the Nail Technician and Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services to clients while also training and mentoring aspiring nail technicians. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of nail professionals by sharing your expertise, passion, and industry knowledge.
• *Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, nail art, and nail treatments, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail industry and incorporate them into service offerings and training programs.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training curriculum and materials for nail technicians, covering techniques, sanitation practices, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for nail technician students and professionals, both in-person and online.
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to trainees to help them improve their skills, confidence, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other trainers, educators, and industry experts to enhance the quality and relevance of nail technician training programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• *Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a professional nail technician, with a demonstrated proficiency in a variety of nail services and techniques.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring nail technician students or professionals is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of nail anatomy, diseases, disorders, and proper sanitation practices, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information and provide constructive feedback.
- Passion for nail artistry, creativity, and staying current with industry trends and innovations.
- Flexibility to adapt training approaches to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- Current nail technician license or certification may be required, depending on local regulations.
