Job Responsibilities:

Trend Research Design Development: Stay updated on global fashion trends and create innovative Western wear collections.
Sketching CAD Design: Develop mood boards, sketches, and CAD designs for new collections.
Fabric Material Selection: Work closely with vendors to source high-quality fabrics and trims.
Sample Development: Oversee pattern-making, draping, and prototype development.
Production Coordination: Ensure seamless execution from design to final production, working with sampling and production teams.
Fitting Styling: Conduct fittings and make necessary modifications to achieve the perfect fit and style.
Market Consumer Analysis: Understand customer preferences and create designs that align with the brand's aesthetic.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in designing Western Wear for a reputed fashion brand.
Strong knowledge of fabric selection, garment construction, and production processes.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other design software.
Experience in draping, pattern-making, and technical specifications.
Strong aesthetic sense with attention to color, details, and silhouettes.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
