Position: Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician)

Location: Esperance 6450

Salary Range: From $65,000 to $75,000 per annum

Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)

What We're Looking For:

- Relevant AQF Certificate IV; or AQF Certificate III in Beauty Therapy, or

- With at least one year of relevant full time or part time equivalent experience in a Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician) role or a similar position.

- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work.

Applicant must commit to at least 3 to 4 years of permanent full-time employment with the employer.

Responsibilities:

- Providing a wide range of beauty treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic nails, and nail art, waxing, facial.

- Ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a relaxing, professional experience for all clients.

- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the salon at all times.

- Advising clients on the best beauty products and treatments suited to their individual needs.

- Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior beauty therapists.

- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon, including helping to implement new services and promotional strategies.
