Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce / Myntra Account Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing marketplace accounts, preferably with strong expertise in Myntra.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Myntra Partner Portal, catalog management, inventory, pricing, promotions, order operations, sales tracking, and marketplace growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands the day-to-day functioning of e-commerce marketplaces and can independently manage accounts and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end Myntra marketplace account for client brands.
• Handle day-to-day operations through the Myntra Partner Portal.
• Manage product catalog, listings, attributes, content, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor sales, revenue, orders, returns, cancellations, and other key marketplace metrics.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve account performance.
• Plan and manage Myntra promotions, offers, discounts, and sale events.
• Ensure products are properly listed, live, and available for sale.
• Coordinate with internal teams for catalog, inventory, operations, marketing, and creative requirements.
• Identify account-level issues and coordinate with Myntra/support teams for timely resolution.
• Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability for key products and high-selling SKUs.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze marketplace data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure timely execution of requirements.
• Stay updated with Myntra policies, marketplace processes, and e-commerce best practices.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per year
