Job Description
We are seeking a creative and technically strong Video Editor & Production Specialist to craft compelling video content for our brand and products. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind the editing timeline and on the shoot floor, with a strong command of AI-powered video tools.
Job Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Post-Production: End-to-end editing of brand films, product videos, social media reels, and campaign content. Responsible for color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final output across formats.
AI Video Production: Hands-on experience with AI video generation and enhancement tools (such as Runway, Flow, Veo3, Pika, Kling, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to create, augment, or accelerate video content production.
Shoot Participation: Active involvement in video shoots — including camera handling, shot setup, and on-ground execution to ensure footage aligns with the edit vision.
Content Ideation: Contribute creative ideas for video concepts, reels, and storytelling formats in line with brand identity and marketing goals.
Execution Ownership: Manage editing timelines, asset organization, and timely delivery of final content across platforms — YouTube, Instagram, Amazon, website, and trade.
Job Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, or similar)
On-ground shoot experience — camera handling is a plus
Understanding of social media formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form)
Experience with product or consumer brand content preferred
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
